About EDGAR

When Edgar was first rescued, he was in rough shape-found on the side of the road with an injured eye and poor skin, his rescuer feared for him. But with weeks of vet care, a visit to the eye doctor, good nutrition, and endless love from the volunteers at AAR, Edgar has blossomed into a truly handsome gentleman. Though originally thought to be around 12 years old, Edgar's bright spirit and renewed health make us wonder if he might be younger. What we do know for sure is that he's ready to start his next chapter in life-a chapter filled with comfort, love, and companionship. Edgar dreams of a cozy home where he can enjoy a soft bed, leisurely walks, and plenty of affection from his people. He may prefer to be the only dog in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention he deserves.
