About Katie

Katie is a Shetland Sheepdog mix with rough collie who is about 2 1/2 years old. She had basic shots we we got her, but needs more. She is vocal towards certain loud noises. She has a fenced yard that she runs around in. She knows how to walk on a leash and is pretty good. She likes all people that she interacts with and is around cats and has no problem with them. Given a sheltie nature, they are usually on alert and become very vocal like when the garbage pickup comes around. She is very good and will let you know when she has to go out. She does love the outdoors so if she isn't ready to come in, she would rather stay out. We sometimes go outside just to get her in especially during possible inclement weather.
