About Moose

Moose is a 6 year old 80 pound fixed pure American lab. We rescued him in bad shape from a woman that was unable to keep up with his allergies. He has severe allergies that require lots of upkeep and can get expensive with vet bills. Moose is high energy and has separation anxiety- so someone who can give him attention and time/walks is preferred. He does well around other dogs but lately has become very protective over the home. With a new baby and his high energy and allergies we are unable to give him the attention he needs which has caused some behavioral issues. He had some poor training in the past with negative reinforcement. He is house trained but will not go into a crate and does not do well in a car. Moose is extremely loving and wants to be right in your lap on the furniture.
