About Candy

Candy was adopted back in 2021 and has just come back to us through no fault of her own. She's about 6 years old now, mixed breed and is a medium sized dog, weighing approximately 32 lbs. She is seriously the sweetest pup you can imagine. She can be a little timid at first in new environments as she adjusts to life out of the shelter, but she's really brave when she has a leg to lean on (literally!). This little girl is a cuddling machine! Candy is great with people of all ages, including children, and gets along well with other dogs. She has not been cat tested at this time. **This dog is currently at the rescue in TX however you can secure this pup for yourself with a pre-adoption which means getting your app in, approved and then paying the adoption fee. The adoption fee is $250 which covers spay/neuter, vaccinations, HW testing, chipping, health certificate and transport fees. The reduced adoption fee is $250 and is for some of the dogs that have been in our rescue for a long time, this fee is non refundable as it only covers the cost of transport. Transport fees can not be refunded after the pup has been delivered to you as we could on regular adoption fees. We are committed to our dogs and will ALWAYS take our dogs back in the event that you can no longer keep him/her however reduced fee dogs do not qualify for our 30 day money back trial period. Please remember these dogs have been with us for awhile and the reduced fee is our extreme effort to get them placed in loving homes sooner than later.
