Meet CHARLIE! CHARLIE is a male Chihuahua mix, 8 weeks old, 3 lbs. (Mom and Dad were also rescued and have been adopted. Mom is 11 lbs., Dad is 6.8 lbs.) CHARLIE is the one who wants to snuggle allllll day long. He is a total velcro pup and if he could have it his way all the time, he'd always be in your arms! CHARLIE has such a sweet personality already! He had the benefit of staying with his mom and his brothers and sisters throughout the entire 8 weeks of his life!
