Gorgeous senior kitty girl JoJo is in need of a new home. Surrendered to the Richmond SPCA earlier this year with paperwork noting that she was three years old, according to her foster mom, JoJo was later determined to be ten years old when she was treated at the SPCA for tooth reabsorption which resulted in most of her teeth being removed. While JoJo does eat some dry food, she predominantly feasts on canned food. Having fallen in love with JoJo her former foster mom adopted JoJo. Unfortunately according to her adoptive mom, one of her personal kitties has begun acting out since JoJo became a permanent member of her kitty family. Adoptive mom has reached out to the Richmond SPCA asking for their assistance and according to adoptive mom the SPCA has a 9 to 12 month wait list. Hence adoptive mom began reaching out to local rescues for assistance and I stepped up offering to assist her in hopefully placing JoJo in a loving forever home. Beautiful JoJo appears to be a Maine Coon/Domestic Mix. She has been spayed, combo tested negative for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus, rabies and distemper vaccinated and microchipped. JoJo is playful, he favorite toys being springs and feather wands. Bird watching from her condo is a daily ritual. While the other kitties in her home are not smitten with her she enjoys their company when they allow her to do so. Super sweet, JoJo loves attention and enjoys snuggling closely beside her human. If you are interested in becoming this older kitty girl's new person, please feel free to reach out to me. I do when possible like to receive a vet reference from potential adopters.
