About Archie

Archie is an English Shepherd, not sure if he's a mix or not. He has been mine since he was a puppy. I've never had issues with him until recently. He has displayed more aggression over the last year. The vet believes it's just old age and he is u predictable with strangers. He is sometimes friendly sometimes not. It's caused me to have to put him away anytime we have guests. I give him trazadone when people do come over to minimize the anxiety. He has always been high energy and friendly. I can't keep up with this new behavior and it pains me to make this decision of rehoming. He seems to do better with small dogs. I have also become a single mom of 3 and moved to an apartment. I feel Archie will do better in a home that has the means and time to give him what he needs. I wanted to see if anyone wanted him here before I consider a shelter of some sort.
