Conrad is the perfect package of scruffy velcro. He wakes up every morning exuberantly happy to be alive! He loves people and loves to play with other small dogs. He has lots of puppy energy and enjoys chew toys and lots of exercise. He's super smart and one can't help but smile every time you look at him! He is such a character - like a cartoon strip dog come to life. Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with.
