Meet Coal - Our Loyal Little Shadow Coal may look familiar - he came to us as a baby, found a home, and unfortunately found himself back in our care. His mom's DNA was nearly 50% Spaniel with a dash of Poodle and Terrier, making him the perfect little mystery mix. Coal loves hard. If you're a lady, be prepared to have an instant shadow - once he meets you, he's all in. If you're a man, well'| you've got some work to do! Coal isn't as quick to trust men and will need a patient (and creative!) guy to win him over. Treats won't do the trick - this boy isn't food motivated, so you'll have to think outside the biscuit box to earn his heart. Coal has done well with other dogs and the kids he's met. It was said he began nipping at the kids in the home despite growing up with them. So far hes been curious of the new ones hes met- but hasn't reacted. With his nervousness we definitely require a no small kid occupied home as we can see him nipping out of fear when his boundaries are pushed. He's kennel trained, rides beautifully in the car, and is ready to find someone who will give him the stability, confidence and love he needs. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all-foster-based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest if it isn't a good fit.
