Little Dottie was dumped at the city kennels after animal control picked her up. She was found roaming the city in La Grulla looking for shelter all alone. Dottie is very loving and snuggles up immediately. Dottie just needs a loving lap, a nice warm bed and maybe a sweater for sweata weatha!!! Throw in some pumpkin spice and things will be nice!!!
