About Skittles

Hi there, I'm Skittles! I may only be about 8 months old, but I've already had quite the adventure. I was found as a stray, all on my own, until a kind man named Ron scooped me up and made sure I was safe. He got me all my vaccinations, gave me flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and promised me a bright future. Pretty sweet, right? I'm still a puppy, so I've got lots of energy and a playful spirit. I'm also smart, eager to learn, and ready to grow up with a family who will love me forever. Ron even said he'll cover the cost of my neuter-so I'll be all set for my forever home! Here's the catch: Ron has a destination wedding and will be gone for a whole month soon. He wishes he could keep me right now, but he doesn't want me left alone. He's hoping someone special will step up as my foster (or foster-to-adopt!) while he's away. And if I haven't been adopted by the time he's back, he says he'll welcome me back into his home for good. But maybe| just maybe| you could be the reason he doesn't have to. I'm currently in Trillium, Texas, but don't worry-for the right person, transport can be arranged to help me get to my forever family.
