Zoe is a great dog. She is house trained, walks on a leash and comes when called. She is very dominant and started being snappy when she started her heat cycles. I think maybe she has a hormonal issue. My husband has been sick and unable to work and we cannot give Zoe the home or help with her health that she needs. I have done everything I can, but we just are not going to be a able to afford to keep her.
