About Oakleigh

Oakleigh is a rescue dog that we took on to find her a great home. She is sweet, smart, and pushing through heartworm treatments. She has all her shots up to date and we are covering her he treatment. She is loving and sweet but got in a fight with another rescue dog the first day we had her. We are still unsure exactly what happened�'�| as they had played together fine all afternoon then fought over a tennis ball. We are not equipped to train her so for now she knows basic commands and can't be in an environment where she has access to other dogs. Her perfect home would be as a companion to one or two adults who could spoil her rotten! She is a full blooded Blue Heeler but we were not given her papers.
