About Koda

This is Koda! He is a German Shepherd Rottweiler mix. He is 10 months old and almost 1 on November 11th. I have ALL his adoption information and past medical history. He is neutered and microchipped. He is the sweetest, happiest and most playful boy!! Koda's happy place is outside, roaming around and playing with anyone��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F he's great around, dogs, cats and children! He's a very curious boy because he was raised in a kill shelter! Everything is new to him and he wants to explore it all! He's an anxious boy and displays a few aggressive behaviors that are harmless. The 'aggressiveness' is growling or barking, it is purely out of anxious/ nervousness being back in a rescue or shelter. He is funny and aloof so redirecting or distractions, will make him more comfortable with other human interactions and meetings! He does great with treat rewards and knows how to sit, lay down and catch. Koda is about 85 pounds (estimated) and a wonderful protective boy. He is so smart and a fast learner! The only 'downsides' are that he still displays puppy 'chomping' behavior. He's never fully bitten or had attacked anyone out of anxiety or aggression at all. He is also not fully potty trained yet. He is used to going potty on concrete (it's all he knows and was raised) Koda loves playing in the water and rolling in grass. He also has met many farm animals and loved them all! Thank you :)
