Bim has been with our family since he was a pup. His mom and dad come from a farm, but he's been a suburban border collie. He's mostly BC, but we believe he might have a bit of Great Pyrenees in him as he's on a larger side (50-60lb) and has double dew claws on the back. He's great and patient with kids - we got him when our oldest son was 2 years old. He is not really interested in other dogs or people and mostly into balls. As any BC, he's high energy, but probably less than what we've seen in purebreds. He loves chasing his ball and go on hikes. He's not the best with a harness but has a great recall - never runs away and stays close. He would probably feel best with an active family. We did not expect to be rehoming this guy, but our circumstances have been changing dramatically over the past year and it's become difficult to take care of him both financially and emotionally. Note: he was raised to understand commands in Russian, but have been doing great understanding English speakers as well as long as the body language is descriptive. He is a very fast learner and has a lot of potential.
