About Buddy

I found this guy while walking my GSP. He had a new collar but no Tag or Chip. I listed him on many websites and the owners have not come forward which suprises me because hes a pretty good boy. I cannot keep him because my wife is very allergic to him so he has not had much house time but appears to be house broken. Heres what I know about him: he gets along great with my female GSP, rides well in the truck, is not been food or treat agressive, sits on command & takes treats gently, will stay in a crate when treats are involved and sleeps overnight in it, does not bark very often(only heard him twice in a week) and is pretty good on a leash but needs some work. I have not had him around kids or small animals so ?
