Biscuit is one of 18 dogs dumped down here in Cameron Parish in the past 3 years. There is no animal control in the Parish, and I have done my best to rehome the abandoned dogs. Biscuit is heartworm positive and is receiving treatment, I will continue to pay for treatment once she is adopted. She is a very loving and shy. She is afraid of men. Please Help!
