About Marley

Meet Marley Marley is a 6-year-old, 25-pound Miniature Goldendoodle who has already come a long way on her journey to becoming a beloved family companion. She came to us after being surrendered by a breeder and is just now discovering that there's a whole world outside the walls of a kennel. Since arriving in her foster home, Marley has been slowly blossoming. She's learning that people can be kind, that soft beds are wonderful, and that toys might just be fun after all. Marley is not going to be a 'typical' dog in two weeks-she needs time, patience, and a family who won't give up on her as she continues to build her confidence and feel safe. Despite her past, Marley's heart is wide open. She seeks out attention from those she trusts, and nothing makes her happier than greeting her foster mom at the end of the workday. She does well with other dogs and is learning from their example every day. Marley is looking for a calm, dog-experienced home where someone is around much of the time to give her the consistency and reassurance she needs. A physically fenced yard is required, as Marley is just learning about leashes and is only taking short walks for now. This sweet girl is proof that resilience and hope can shine through even the toughest starts. Marley is ready to continue her journey with a forever family who will love her through every stage of her transformation. Marley is spayed, current on her vaccinations, heartworm tested, and microchipped. She has also had a dental.
