LA shelters are in serious overriding conditions and they become extermination centers!!!! Young, healthy, good dogs are being euthanized at an alarming rate for space!!! Yep! that's what I said! For Space!!! Please don't let them leave the shelter in body bags like so many other dogs!!!!
