Meet OWEN! OWEN is a male Chihuahua mix about 7 weeks old, 2.0 lbs. He is the smallest boy! Super sweet, playful and social! Mom is about 11.5 lbs., Dad is about 6.8 lbs. Short story: Female Chi and Male Chi were surrendered to Murphy's Paw Rescue and during vetting process found out that Female was pregnant!
