About Rainy

Meet little miss Rainy! Despite her name, she is a little ray of sunshine on a rainy day! Rainy is a 5 year young, female, Chihuahua mix that weighs about 10lbs. She was rescued from a high kill Texas shelter after being surrendered by her prior owners. From what we can tell, it appears she was used for breeding and then dumped when whoever had no use for her. Thankfully we were able to step in and save this beautiful soul from euthanasia. With so many changes happening in Rainy's life, she is a bit nervous and cautious at first. She does quickly warm up and searches for cuddles and gentle pets. She gets along well with other dogs of all sizes, learning how to walk on leash and is starting to get the hang of potty training. Will you be the person that lets Rainy have the best life ever?
