About Evie

Evelyn Marie (Evie) is the most specialest girl in the world! She asked us to tell you that first off before anything else. Evie was brought into rescue from a local shelter where she was surrendered after being hit by a car. She had a broken pelvis and some road rash, but because she was young and healthy otherwise, she began healing very quickly and did not need medical intervention. Now that she is feeling better, Evie loves to run, jump, tumble, and play with both dogs and her humans. She weighs a mere 6 lb at her full grown size. Evie is believed to be just about a year old, and she has been well cared for in her prior life. She is house- and crate-trained and rides well in the car. She is quiet and though playful, she also enjoys cuddle time in a fluffy bed with a blanket. Evie also asked us to tell you that she would love a doggie sister or brother to play with. She loves her foster sister and sleeps in bed with her at night after a fun day of doxie shenanigans. Once her vet has signed off on Evie to be adopted and a follow-up x-ray is done, a new forever family will be chosen for Evie. To be her new humans, please fill out an application.
