About Percy

Percy was rescued from a bad situation when he was a puppy. He isn't neutered yet. Our life has been unstable and unpredictable. He needs someone who has all the time in the world to work with him. He's very fearful, except for first thing in the morning. He gets excited and wants attention and does his little dance. But he still hides and runs from me a few times a day, and does not let me know when he has to go outside. He will bark if I crate him at night which drives my roommates crazy. But when I let him sleep with me, he has accidents on the floor. I do love him though. He's very low energy.
