About Pacer

Pacer is a very silly goofy guy who is an absolute love bug to people he has met before. We have been experiencing increased aggression towards new people when he is in his kennel. There has been one incident where he ran up on someone new entering the house but no contact was made. Just snapping, barking and growling. We had an incident where he lunged at a pet store worker when trying to check him into boarding but after discussing with a behavioralist we have decided this was due to extreme overstimulation. I want to be transparent that in his current state he is a bite risk however Pacer has been evaluated by a behavioralist who has determined that he is ok to be adopted out but will need consistant training with medication at least for a few months and then be re evaluated by a behavioralist. He has gone through board and train and did amazing, a lot of his behaviors resolved however I have not had consistant housing and he has been in boarding and moving between fosters so his past behaviors have resurfaced.
