Penny was found as a young puppy. She is approx 2.5 years old. She is spayed and utd on vaccines. She is house trained and will use a doggy door. She does not climb our 4ft fence or dig out. She has also been raised around three pigs and cats. She does not bother the inside cats, but will chase outside cats. She likes kids but is not around young children often. She is energetic and loves to go on walks. I use a harness and short leash. She doesn't pull much at all. She has not been food aggressive, but came into my home as a puppy, and I have adult dogs. So, she refers to them, usually. She has a large kennel, in our house, that she stays in at night when I am at work, or as needed. We don't use it unless it's we need to, not to just keep her confined. She will find things to chew on sometimes, like my duct tape. She likes snacks and will take them easily from your hand. I would recommend an adult female home with no children, or older children nc she may jump, etc. She knows simple commands. She is cautious around adult males, but her need for attention will will overcome that. There are two adult males in my home, and she loves both of them. She should be in home with med size dogs, are larger, as she will bully smaller adult dogs, but not puppies. The australian Shepherd mix in the picture is her close buddy and was brought here as a puppy. She has no known health issues.
