Enya is trying so hard to come out of her shell, she has cautiously approached when spoken to softly, licks hands through the bars, but she terrified and trembling in the noisy shelter. She is so scared. She's not aggressive at all. She is just overwhelmed and shutdown. She will thrive in the right patient foster home. She does not walk on a leash at the shelter and may need help to learn outside of the shelter. Enya desperately needs a foster to step up and give her space to feel safe.
