Meet Loki! Loki is a handsome 1-year-old Lab mix with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. Weighing in at about 58 pounds, he's the perfect medium-sized buddy for adventures or snuggles. Loki was a stray whose owner never showed up to claim him. He has a beautiful, fluffier golden retriever like coat. Loki is friendly boy who is also good with other dogs and would love a canine companion to romp around with if you happen to have already another playful 4 legged canine family member. We do not know what he thinks of cats. With his good looks and sweet personality, Loki is sure to charm his way right into your heart. Update: Loki tested positive for Lyme & Anaplasmosis, 2 common tick borne diseases that are treated with an oral antibiotic. Loki has completed his antibiotic treatment and he is feeling great. He is ready to go home to his new family. Loki is currently available for adoption. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
