About Lucy

Lucy is a spunky old lady who is looking to find her new forever home. Her previous owner is moving into an assisted living facility and has lost the ability to care for her. She has a calm temperament and spends most of her day snuggled up to her human or asleep in her bed. She is fantastic while riding in the car, housebroken, and will sometimes have a burst of playful energy directed at squeaky toys. She is on prescription dog food for bladder stones and is aggressive around food, but will eat peacefully if other dogs are not around. She would do best in a single dog home with no kids, and preferably someone who spends a lot of time at home.
