Meet Odie Opa, an approximately 9 to 10-year-old 13-pound lad is looking for his new family. His previous owner passed away- but unfortunately due to owner's age- and lack of family support- his last few years were not all that! He had mats and crusty eyes and maggots up his rectum! I am happy to report he is doing great, loved being groomed, neutered and now looking forward to joining his fuerver family. He'd like nothing more than to to have a warm lap, gentle hand on a leash for walking with his companion and someone familiar with Shih Tsu eye issues that come with age. He gets on well with his foster brothers and sisters. This gentle soul had good potty manners and is an eager pleaser. He has a little anxiety- but with love, devotion and patience, is easily soothed. Tell us about you, your family, your activities, your property, the city you live in, other pets in your home, and whatever else puts you on top. The more information about you, the better. What can this companion expect from you, and what are your expectations of him/her? Additionally, we will not meet halfway. Please prepare to meet in person without hurry, and be willing to have a home evaluation and viewing of your social media. There is a fee for placement to offset medical and care. Age-appropriate placement is at the discretion of the guardian advocate. Please allow several or more days for a response, as I review inquiries. I appreciate your understanding.
