Meet Mimi Have you ever wanted a life-long best friend? Someone who will stick by your side through thick and thin? So does Mimi! She's a lovely ~8 month old girl who weighs ~55lbs. Once she bonds up to you, she will love you for life! She came from a home where she lived with many other dogs and has done well with them. Although, she needs help in the socializing and confidence department. She's met new dogs here and is very fearful at first. Give her some time and patience and she will warm up to them slowly. She's done the best with dogs who understand boundaries and are not super pushy. We are unsure of her history with kids and cats, but we are hopeful she'd do well with patient children. If you're looking for a dog who will be your shadow, Mimi is the one for you! She's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. She is $175 to bring home! If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458. You can view more adoptable pets at www.jocoshelter.com/adoptions . Walk-ins are welcome, however we highly recommend calling first to check on availability and location (some animals may be offsite or unavailable). Appointments are recommended to reduce wait times, especially for dogs. Thank you! Please prepare to provide the following information to the staff about you, your family, the city in which you live, other pets, your fenced yard, and whatever else will help identify your family as a good match. You are encouraged to call the shelter for updated information and availability, and to answer your specific questions.
