About Bear

Bear is a handsome German Shepherd mix who brings class, calm, and just a little comedy wherever he goes. After a recent dental surgery left him missing a few teeth, his tongue now hangs out like a red carpet rolled out for miles. Honestly, it could probably kiss twenty people at once. Despite his silly grin, Bear is the definition of a gentle giant. He is calm, sweet-natured, and respectful of everyone he meets. He gets along beautifully with other dogs of all sizes, is friendly with cats, and even has some chicken buddies at his foster home. His vibe is pure peacemaker. Bear is completely house trained and crate trained, rides wonderfully in the car, and loves going for walks. He is independent and low maintenance but also enjoys spending time with his people. Bear came to us after his beloved owner passed away, and now he is ready to give his big heart and even bigger tongue to a new forever family.
