August is an 8-month-old pup weighing 37 lbs, and he's already showing off just how clever he is! He walks nicely on a leash, loves car rides, sits, and is even trying to learn 'shake.' With a little more practice, he'll have all the basics down in no time. August seems to do well with other dogs and loves making new friends. He did try to chase a cat, so he may need a little more testing around feline companions. He is fully vetted and currently receiving treatment for heartworms with a ProHeart 12 injection, so he is already on the path to a healthy, happy life. This sweet boy has a bright future ahead - all he needs now is a loving family to help him grow, learn, and share all his affection.
