Background: Current Shepherd Parent rescued Violet about 5 months ago from a shady Rescue. UTD on shots WITH record. Fixed. UNKNOWN with kids. EXCELLENT with dogs. UNKNOWN with cats. House trained. NOT Crate trained, Good behavior when left out. CSP is afraid Violet may hurt herself if in a crate, so Adopter will need to completely Crate Train if needed. Any known medical issues?: NO, was treated for Lymes Disease in the past but is now clear. The Current Shepherd Parent is willing to pay for anything Lymes related if needed. ENERGY LEVEL: VERY HIGH . PREY DRIVE LEVEL: LOW. Weighs 37.5 lbs. Currently on ORIJEN food. Good with car rides?:YES. Socialized with other dogs and/or people?: NOT OFTEN. Good with meeting new people? (ALWAYS USE PROPER INTRODUCTION!): Very nervous and timid, it takes time. She is Food Driven so treats help her to warm up and feel safe. Loves: cuddling - long walks - chilling on the couch - playing with other dogs - balls - playing fetch - sleeping in bed with her person - being near her person - Chuck-It Balls. *Intelligent and knows Basic Commands?: VERY. *Good Recall? (ALWAYS RETRAIN BEFORE ALLOWING OFF LEASH):YES . *Good on a Leash?: YES. *Lovable?: VERY. *Eager and fast learner?: VERY. Violet is an amazing girl and will be an amazing companion for the right person. She does have a possible Abuse History with showing some signs of abuse. She is very skittish and takes time to earn and gain her trust. She needs someone who is patient, kind and loving who will give her the time needed to acclimate and adjust. Re Homing because�'�|: The Current Shepherd Parent rescued Violet from a shady Rescue who was basically going to give Violet to anyone that was going to pay them, with no vetting involved. She rescued Violet in hopes of finding her a great home, but cannot keep her permanently. Violet is now ready to find her Furever Home��%A4%8D.
