About Beau

I am Beau, a cute, feisty 6-year-old, 10-pound Pomeranian looking for my next great adventure of a forever home. I get along with my furry foster friends but will appropriately correct other dogs if they make me uncomfortable. I could do well as an only dog getting everyone's full attention or with other small furry friends. I am completely housetrained and will even give you a little sign if you forget. I definitely know when it's feeding time but generally sleep late in the morning, so breakfast time is negotiable. I am leash trained and like to lead the pack. Sometimes, I pull or get a little excited on the leash, but I do love a fenced yard. I like my rides in the car and adventures. I'm okay with grooming until you get to my nails. I might need a muzzle there. I'm also okay with at the vet with a little help (sedative medication). I attach quickly to my humans and look forward to doing the same with my furever family. I just need to feel secure and have boundaries set with a crate in order to thrive. I am alternately a cuddler and independent type, so the best of both worlds. Are you my future family?
