Please note that because all our dogs live in foster homes, we are unable to set up meetings with a dog unless we have a completed adoption application on file. Adoptions must be within a reasonable distance from Wilmington, DE for our volunteers to be able to conduct an in-person home visit. Meet Johnny! Johnny is an 8-year-old, 15lb Lhasa Apso mix who is ready to find his forever home! This sweet, gentle boy loves being around people and enjoys casual strolls around the neighborhood. He gets along well with other dogs and would be a wonderful companion in a quiet, loving home. Johnny is almost housebroken-he'll bark to alert you when it's potty time and has no problem wearing a belly band if needed. In our care, Johnny has been neutered and had a dental, so his smile is shining bright! He does have a slight heart murmur, but no medication or specialty care is needed. Johnny might be a little hard of hearing, but that just adds to his charm. If you're looking for a loyal, easygoing companion, Johnny could be the perfect match.
