He came to the shelter on 8/23 as a stray. Outside of his kennel, Quail shows curiosity, and calmly observes his surroundings. In the play yard, he takes treats gently and likes gentle pets. We don't know much about young Quail but we know he wants love and wants to trust. With time, patience, and a calm environment, Quail has a real chance to blossom outside the shelter walls. Without a foster commitment by his deadline, he may not make it out.
