About East has till 9/8

URGENT EUTHANASIA LISTED!!!! Poor 'East' is scheduled to be euthanized on 9/8end of the day for severe kennel stress!!!! EAST, A2217486, MUST BE ADOPTED/RESCUED BY 5PM 9/5/25!!!! EAST is a female about 3 yrs old and weighs 64lbs. Arrived at the shelter on 8/26/25 as a Stray. REASON FOR EUTHANASIA: East is displaying signs of Fear, Anxiety, and Stress (FAS)!!! While we understand that East is in a new environment and may need time to decompress, we are currently unable to provide her with the consistent resources she needs. When she has been brought out for playgroup, she continues to be fearful of being handled, and she also resists being returned to her kennel. East is also displaying stereotypical FAS behaviors while out in the yard. She is circling, chasing her tail, and biting at her tail. Keeping her in the shelter under these conditions is inhumane.
