Wags Rescue welcomes Bandit! He's almost 3 yrs old and is a Shi-poo. He will need regular grooms as his hair gets long and curly. He's 10 lbs. Several weeks ago, wags got a call from one of our vets. There was a breeder that closing her doors due to her own illness. Our vet suggested surrendering her dogs to us instead of euthanasia. So, we welcomed them with open arms. Each dog was scared to death. They had not been socialized with people. We've worked closely with them and have been trying to get them ready. I'm sure they will have another huge adjustment when they're adopted, but we feel they need individual homes now where they can get lots of one on one attn and lots of lap time. Each dog is now spayed/neutered, utd on vaccines and microchipped. They are each crate trained. We are asking that each adopter can have patience as they now have to readjust again. It won't be easy, but each one deserves that finally. They will do best with a small fenced area for playing and pottying. If interested apply at wags-rescue.org
