About Daisy

Daisy is a 95-pound brindle beauty with a giant heart- she's hoping a long-term foster, or better yet, adopter (familiar with her breed) will step forward. Scooters Pals saved her life from 'the list' in Sacramento shelter. Now we just need to find the right place for her to give and receive the joy and peace she deserves. This 4-year-old female Mastiff (Cane Corso?) /Rottweiler mix is at a fosters house but most likely needs a home without any other animals. She shows dog- selectivity and occasional resource guarding with other dogs over food. This lovely lady is housebroken, affectionate, attentive, well behaved (but does jump sometimes), likes car rides and playing fetch. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines. Daisy bonds very quickly to human beings and is very friendly to all the adults who have crossed her path. We don't know about children. She had minor hair loss from flea allergies, but she's otherwise healthy and ready for her new home. She's a strong, sensitive soul who simply needs time and space to decompress in a calm environment.
