About Oso

Oso is generally a sweet, playful and smart 4 year old Yorkie Poo. I am his second owner. The first family had many other dogs and kids. He did really well with all. Unsure about cats. I was told that they were rehoming him due to him being a part of an accidental litter. He was almost two when he came to my home. Everything was going well until about a year ago. He was getting groomed started to notice cysts. Had a fine needle aspiration and appears cysts are genetic. They keep growing, developing and bursting- puss and blood. Ear infections. He started to be more protective of me, more barking and growling. He bit me once (did not break the skin) and growls at me when his favorite person (grandma is here). Aggression/Behaviors started with his health issues. He does better with women than men. I have tried to care for the cysts but I do not want to put him through surgery to remove them. I have outreached to rescues as well. He needs an experienced adopter who will pour all energy and resources to him.
