Shiloh is a rescue from a shelter in North Carolina. She was brought to New York City through a local rescue organization. She was listed as a beagle/terrier mix; however, DNA results show she is a 100% American Foxhound. She is estimated to be between 12-18 months old. She is approximately 20+ pounds; and therefore, was most likely the runt of the litter. In our care, she has received all vaccinations and is healthy and full of energy. She is a beautiful dog that receives constant attention from strangers and other dog owners for her striking tricolor coat, athleticism and friendly nature with every dog and human she meets. She is house trained and crate trained. We are seeking a forever home for Shiloh that offers a more suburban/rural setting that gives her the freedom and space necessary for her breed to thrive. She is very smart and would do well with an owner/ family that enjoys outdoor sporting adventures and teaching more advanced dog training skills. Anyone would be lucky to have her. She is a true gem. *We are happy to transport her to your location free of charge.
