About Aqua

MEET AQUA LOCATED IN CHICAGO��%BD��%BD%90%BE��%BD��%BD%BDI'm looking for the right home for my beautiful blue heeler, Aqua. I found her in my front yard back in August 2022 when she was just 6 months old, and she's now 3 years old, weighing 40 lbs, and spayed. Aqua is an energetic, affectionate dog who loves activities like playing fetch, tug-of-war, rollerblading with me, and going on long walks. She's a very playful and energetic girl who thrives with plenty of stimulation and exercise. Aqua is very smart and knows several commands like 'sit,' 'speak,' 'lay down,' and 'roll over.' She's also one of the cuddliest dogs I've ever had, and she tends to bond more with women than men. While she's affectionate and loves attention, Aqua is reactive towards people when coming into the house. She is reactive towards dogs on leash if they are closer than 10 feet away. Though she can be reactive on walks, she's met and befriended many dogs over time, she's capable of adjusting with the right introductions. The reason I'm rehoming Aqua is because, as a high-energy breed, she needs more space and stimulation than I can provide, especially while living in an apartment and adjusting to life in my 20s.
