[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] Meet Winnie......... Winnie came in to rescue a couple weeks ago. When we got the call about her from the 'breeder' we assumed he had just not found a home for her and was needing to move her to rescue to place her in a home. When we arrived to pick her up we were told she had an issue with dripping urine. We were not told this during the call to surrender her, which is fine, we would have taken her anyway so we could insure her safety. With that being said Winnie has seen our vet and is current on her vacations, deworming, heartworm and flea prevention. She has also been tested for a UTI (urinary tract infection). We were hoping this would stop her dribbling of urine. She has 2 days left of her medication and she still has the dribbles. Our vet has diagnosed her with possibly having ectopic uterus. This has not been confirmed as our vet does not do ultrasounds and if this is the case, they do not do the procedure to fix it. Winnie is a very happy and playful little girl. She is full of love and this issue does not affect her personality or health. She does just drip urine. We as a small rescue do not have the means to correct this issue unfortunately. We are looking for a home for her that may have the means to help her. Winnie is just a baby at 3 months old. Please research her possible issue to better under her potential medical issue. Thank you!
