About Henry Cricket

Henry Cricket was adopted from the Emmet County Animal Shelter as just a pup. Things were good until it became apparent that Henry doesn't like kids. In fact, he is pretty terrified of them which is an issue in his current home. Henry is fond of cats and could be acclimated to a calm confident dog that would give Henry some stability and a sense of ease. So the things Henry does like include....playing fetch, snuggling his cat friend, playing with the older dog in his home, cuddling his humans on the couch and to run in the woods. More positives that this handsome boy has on his doggie resume are...he is fully house trained and kennel trained, he has excellent recall and he is gentle and loves to chase butterflies. While his current family loves him dearly they are concerned about his overall happiness with the fact that he is afraid of children which in turn makes children afraid of him.
