Loki is a highly energetic 3 year old husky mix. He is great with adults, especially males. Although not so much around younger children. He likes as much attention and loving that he can get. He is house trained and crate trained. Enjoys to go for car rides has ever since he was a small pup. He does have a tendency to want to jump up on people when interacting with someone new. He's been with us since he was a pup and has tried to show some dominance as he has gotten bigger. This I attribute to his breed. He loves his rawhide bones and doggy treats as well as his chew toys. He doesn't chew on furniture or walls. Although he does like to lay on the couch and definitely loves to be in the bed with you if you let him. Very loyal and loving dog we are just at the point where we can't give him everything he needs. We don't have a big yard for him to play and exercise in due to his high energy. I'm disabled and not quite able to keep up with him and my wife has cancer. If we can't re-home this baby we'll have to surrender him to our local shelter and they are currently running at full capacity. We were informed that it's a possibility that if they take him that he may wind up euthanized at some point after. Not guaranteed but likely. We're just not able to keep him anymore. We have about two weeks before we will have to surrender him without another choice or him a second chance. He needs a young man or couple that can get out and take him for walks and exercise him like he should be and give him all the love and compassion we no longer can. If you're looking for a partner in crime this is your guy. We just want someone to love him and take care of him like we would if we were still able. If you are interested then please contact me by email or phone. The adoption fee is to have him neutered and his vaccinations up to date before the adoption. Please help us find this handsome boy that loving home and second chance he is so deserving of. I'm willing to meet if you don't live close. Whatever it takes for this baby to live a long loved life. Update on Loki. He is now at Shanendoh valley animal services center. We had to surrender him because we had to move. Please take a minute and think about this handsome boy. He's not doing well at the shelter. He is withdrawn and very sad not wanting to be his outgoing self. He needs a owner that loves him and show him that he is loved. Again please consider this amazing boy to become part of your family. I hate to see him put down just because we couldn't keep him and that no one wanted to give him that second chance that he so desperately needs. Contact me or you can go to the shelter website and fill out an adoption form just make sure to put his name on the form so they know you are interested in him.
