About River

This handsome fella is River. He is about 2 yrs old, neutered and fully vetted. River came to the shelter on Aug 2, 2025 as a stray. He is a very good boy. He is the best walker on the leash, so anyone would be able to handle him. River would be a great walking or running partner. He is very sweet with people and loves playing with dog friends. He tend to rough house while playing with other dogs, however not in a mean way at all. River is even good with cats. He sniffs them then walks away. He just wants a backyard to run around with his toy and play chase with his humans and dog siblings. There is no doubt he would be perfect for most any family. Unfortunately, River is having a bit of a difficult time with shelter life. We are hoping his forever family will come meet him soon.
