Most of your questions are answered in this narrative..if you read everything, & you think that you might fit the bill after reading what's written here, please feel free to call me... ��%BD�� Meet Flake - as unique as a snowflake ��%BD�� Flake may have a name that makes you think of something delicate and cold, but s he is anything but that. Like a snowflake, he is one-of-a-kind-graceful, striking, and unforgettable. Flake is a 1 1/2 year old male German Shepherd weighing about 80 pounds. He is a picture of loyalty and dignity, carrying himself with a serious personality and quiet confidence. Obedient, well-behaved, and gentle, he is the kind of companion who loves structure and peace. He's not a barker-he only speaks up when he has something important to say, usually when he wants something. This beautiful boy is great with children and gets along well with other dogs. While we don't know how he feels about cats, we prefer to say he'd do best in a home without them. He's potty trained, has his bedtime routine (treat included, of course), and will happily sleep through the night. Flake comes from impressive bloodlines- hus parents, both champions in competitions in Israel and the USA, were loved dearly by their owner, who sadly went through a divorce and tough times. Flake's family cared for him and his siblings, but living in a community with strict rules and neighbor complaints, they can't keep him despite their love. They will be keeping his parents, but this sweet boy needs a new family to call his own. Flake deserves a home where he can shine like the rare snowflake he is-unique, beautiful, and cherished.. My biggest addiction is empathy, and it's very hard for me to turn my back on a dog. I've been trying to curtail rescuing, because I was diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago. I actually had surgery September 4th, 2024 and was in the hospital for 2 months due to complications and infections. When they came to me for help to find Flake the home he needs, I just couldn't say no, as I know Im really good at matching appropriately, and it was important to me that he was carefully and properly placed. My goal is to make sure Flake finds a final forever loving home. If you are in a home, please privacy fences only...no chainlink/see through fences. My goal is to make sure I get Flake the home that he needs and deserves with someone who will love him and give him all the care and attention and affection that he deserves for the rest of his life and be able to be committed to him physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. The best thing I could possibly do for Flake is to find him a forever loving home where he will be happy ..'Till death do you part'. . I have made the commitment to Flake to make sure I find him the opportunity to find the right home he needs and deserves. My promise to him now is to make sure I find him the best forever home with one who will love him for the rest of his long life ahead....an individual, couple or family who will continue to let us know how wonderfully he is doing. Flake is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, heartworm tested, heartworm negative, on heartworm & flea/tick prevention, microchipped (and microchip remains in my name indefinitely for his safety...more than happy to explain) & if u adopt him, you MUST keep him on both & up to date with yearly check ups & vaccines.
