About Kona

Kona was adopted recently from the shelter by a young family who have reached out to me because they can not keep her due to financial hardship with having two small children and two dogs. However, they did save her life, and we are grateful for that! She's a wonderful, loving, and sweet dog. We are looking for a long-term foster or better yet a forever home. Kona is a beautiful chocolate brown, about 4-6 years old, weighs 54 lbs, and is dog friendly with dogs her size. She knows some basic commands and is very smart and treat oriented. She walks well on a leash with a harness and has medium energy. She is crate and house trained already! She loves to play with the ball and retrieve and overall is a very happy dog. She will crawl into your lap and think she's a lap dog! Kona is spayed and has had all her vaccinations.
