About Nico

Meet Nico, a sweet and energetic Beagle mix who has brought so much joy to our family. Nico originally belonged to my son, who has been deployed for quite some time. For the past two years, I've done my best to care for him in his absence. After a lot of thought, my son and I have lovingly agreed that it's time to find Nico a forever home where he can thrive. Nico is house trained at home however is not house trained outside of our home, super affectionate, and loves to play. He has a high energy personality and would do best in a home where he has space to run and someone who can keep up with his playful spirit. He's also a natural digger, so a secure yard would be ideal! While Nico is very sweet and eager to please, he's still learning and would benefit from some additional basic training to help him become the best version of himself. Nico, also sheds a lot so if you are allergic or do not care for loose pet hair Nico probably won't be the dog for you.
