Welcome Honeyto CCPAL foster Program.��%BD%A0 Honey is a 3year old Boxer mixed dog.��%BD%A0 She is potty trained. We think Honeysurvived the flood in Kerrville.��%BD%A0 A good samaritanhas taken her in and is giving her good nutrition and love until we find herforever home.��%BD%A0 She was really scratchedup and had a wound on her front left leg.��%BD%A0She will be spayed soon and she is going to the vet again for a followup on her leg.��%BD%A0 Our guess is it may havegotten broken and healed back on it's own due to what she has gonethrough.��%BD%A0 She is good on a leash, veryloving and bonds deeply.��%BD%A0 She lives with 5cats right now but she is much too interested and we feel her best home wouldbe without cats.��%BD%A0 She loves all peopleand no one is a stranger.��%BD%A0 She is goodwith dogs her size and is an energetic girl.��%BD%A0Her best home would be with an active and ourdoorsy family that wants agreat companion to join them in their outdoor fun.��%BD%A0 She is looking wonderful and filling outnicely in her new foster home.��%BD%A0 She lostsome muscle around her bum area due to the length of time she was withoutfood.��%BD%A0 Despite this, she would make anamazing family pet.��%BD%A0 She would love to bethe only dog and be the center of her families attention.��%BD%A0 She weighs about 40 pounds and is a tallerdog but medium weight.��%BD%A0 She is great in acar and would make a great dog in settings where lots of people arearound.��%BD%A0 She is lower in shedding.��%BD%A0 She will be getting spayed soon and ready forher forever home.��%BD%A0 She is currently inTexas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderfultransporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or allalong the East Coast.��%BD%A0 Her adoption feeis 300 and transport is 200.��%BD%A0 RhodeIsland and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulationsimposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email [email protected] if you have questions.
